How OBBACalc.com collects, uses, and protects your information
OBBACalc.com ("we," "us," or "our") operates a free tax calculator website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our site, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We take your privacy seriously and do not sell your personal data.
Calculator inputs: The numbers you enter into our calculators (income, overtime wages, tip amounts) are processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. This data is never transmitted to our servers or stored anywhere. We have no record of what you calculate.
Usage data: We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized information about how visitors use our site. This includes pages visited, time spent on pages, general geographic location (country/region level), device type, and browser type. This data does not identify you personally.
Email address: If you voluntarily subscribe to our state conformity update notifications, we collect your email address. We use this only to send you relevant updates about OBBBA state conformity decisions.
We use cookies through Google Analytics to understand site usage. These are analytics cookies only — we do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels to follow you across the web.
